I saw this little card on someones blog (sorry don't remember which one) it has an envelope cut in two and glued together down the center, then glued to the card it's self; the square in front is glued along the bottom; And the top flap goes under the top of it, to hold it closed.you can put a gift card or money or a couple of ATC cards in it.
