the cook book mini is just some 4x6 spiral index cards. and I'm not sure which one you are talking about that folds from the sides. I haven't made a tutorial on how I make them LOL I only get 10 minutes on You tube Maybe if anyone else is interested I can do one on Ustream but I warn you my webcam is kinda wacky I cant seem to get the light right.
